Purchasing an item:

Purchasing shoes made easy. Browse our on-line store, click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to fulfill your order. Your credit/debit card will be charged at the time of placing your order.

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Access, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo, American Express ,Connect and all payments are taken via PAYPAL.

If you are shopping from anywhere in Europe, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Euro’s on your own currency on your statement.

Always use the card holder’s address when ordering and an alternative delivery address can be put in the separate delivery address. If the card does not match the address and postcode we will not proceed with the order.

Delivery:

FREE UK Standard Delivery

Our Free UK Standard Delivery Parcels are posted within 1-2 working days using Royal Mail Parcel 24 delivery service. Delivery should take from 1-3 days from the date of despatch, however outlying areas such as the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, the IOM & IOW may take slightly longer. Please allow 7 working days from the date of despatch before querying a delivery. Any claims for lost goods must be completed within 10 days of payment date.

Royal Mail Next Working Day by 1pm (Mon-Thurs only, order by 4pm) £8.25 per pair

EUROPEAN COUNTRIES - Royal Mail Signed For Airmail £12.00 per pair

USA & REST OF WORLD - Royal Mail Signed For Airmail £15.00 per pair

Delivery will only be made to the cardholder's registered address or the cardholder’s place of work which may need to be verified before dispatch. We will not in any circumstances deliver to any other address.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL DELIVERIES MUST BE SIGNED FOR, SO WHILST WE CAN HAPPILY REQUEST ROYAL MAIL MAY LEAVE PARCELS WITH A NEIGHBOUR PARCELS CANNOT BE LEFT WITHOUT A SIGNATURE.


Returns Policy: 

NO QUIBBLE RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of purchase in its original unworn condition with the original box and we will refund the product price. Please ensure that your order number is in the box so we can locate your details to offer the refund. This will not include your postage costs.

We do not pay the postage costs of returns.

We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.

Pre-Order Policy:

All items pre-ordered will be delivered where possible to the time scales indicated, however we are reliant on manufacturers delivery dates. Your credit/debit card will be charged at the time of ordering. The normal returns policy will apply. Any order which cannot be fulfilled within the allotted timescales will, of course be eligible for a full refund.
