How do I measure my child's feet?
Visit our Fit & Size Guide for help measuring at home and choosing the right size. For the most accurate advice, we recommend visiting one of our stores for a professional fitting where possible.
How do I know what size to order?

How do I return an item?
You may return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please visit our Returns page for full instructions and terms.
Do Ricosta shoes have removable insoles?
Ricosta shoes, excluding sandals, feature removable insoles. This can help with checking the fit at home and allows space for prescribed orthotics where needed.
Are Ricosta shoes waterproof?
Selected styles are waterproof. These are marked as RICOSTA-TEX or SYMPATEX. Please check the individual product description or use the website filters to find suitable styles.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer a range of delivery options, including FREE UK DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £45. Please visit our Delivery Information page for current delivery services and charges.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday, on the same working day. Orders placed after this time may still be sent that day, but this cannot be guaranteed. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday.
