We aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Here you’ll find delivery options, dispatch times, international shipping information and help with tracking your order.
Important international delivery update
Ongoing global air-freight disruption may affect international transit times. We continue to dispatch orders promptly, but deliveries may take longer than the estimated times shown below.
If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us at sales@northshoes.co.uk before placing your order.
Dispatch times
- Orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday: We aim to dispatch these on the same working day.
- Orders placed after 12pm: Usually dispatched on the next working day.
- Orders placed after 12pm on Friday or at weekends: Dispatched on Monday.
- Bank holidays: Orders are not dispatched on bank holidays.
We may dispatch orders placed between 12pm and 2pm on the same day, but this is not guaranteed.
All delivery estimates are provided by our couriers and should be treated as a guide, except where a guaranteed service is selected.

*Next working day excludes Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. Orders for Express – DPD, Express – Special Delivery by 1pm or Express – Special Delivery by 9am must be placed before 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched on the following working day. Express and Special Delivery services may not be available for every delivery address.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking service.
If your order is sent in more than one parcel or from different locations, you may receive more than one dispatch email and tracking number.
Delivery issues
If your tracking shows that an order has been delivered but you have not received it, or if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible:

Claims for lost or damaged goods must be reported within three days of the estimated delivery date.

Once an order has been accepted or dispatched, changes may not be possible. During busy periods, replies can take up to 48 hours, though urgent cancellation and amendment requests are prioritised.
International Delivery
We deliver to many countries worldwide. Available shipping services, delivery costs and any applicable duties will be shown at checkout based on your destination and order value.
Please note:
- We can deliver to residential addresses only; we are unable to send orders to commercial or workplace addresses.
- International delivery estimates are guides only and may be affected by customs clearance, local delivery networks and air-freight delays.
- Prices, VAT and any applicable duties are confirmed at checkout.
- If your country is not available at checkout, please contact sales@northshoes.co.uk.

Duties, Taxes and Customs
Orders to the EU, USA and Canada are processed through Global-e Managed Markets and are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). All customs, duties and taxes are included in the final price shown at checkout — there is nothing further to pay on delivery.
Orders to Australia, New Zealand and the rest of the world are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Customs duties and taxes are not collected at checkout. The recipient is responsible for all import duties, taxes and customs administration charges, which are collected by the courier or local customs authority prior to delivery.
Please make sure you provide a valid email address and telephone number, including the relevant area code, at checkout. If you have not received contact from the courier within 72 hours of your dispatch email, please contact us at sales@northshoes.co.uk.
If an order is returned to us because customs charges, duties or taxes have not been paid, we may deduct the original shipping charge, return shipping costs and a £10.00 administration fee from any refund due.
